- • The Tax Office implemented the Nemo-Q System to create a queuing network that minimizes customer waiting times.
- • The office’s property tax division has also successfully updated its installment payment plans, offering property owners more flexibility in payment options. Ann Harris Bennett is the first Tax Assessor-Collector to extend the installment payment periods from 12 to 24 months, with a maximum of 36 months available for payment.
- • Ann Harris Bennett is responsible for the Tax Office offering Volunteer Deputy Voter Registrar (VDVR) training in multiple languages. In addition to English, VDVR training is now offered in Spanish, Chinese, and Vietnamese making it more accessible and inclusive.
