2023 Property Tax Statements Available Online

Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector & Voter Registrar Ann Harris Bennett announces that most 2023 property tax statements are available on the Tax Office website at www.hctax.net.

“While most property tax statements are already posted to our website, for various reasons like an account not being certified yet, not all property owners will find their statement online. However, these property tax statements are expected to be on the Tax Office website very soon,” said Bennett.

Generally, all property tax payments are due by January 31 of the following year.

Property tax payments may be made by credit/debit card or free e-check online at www.hctax.net or by phone at 713-274-(CARD) 2273. Checks and money orders may be mailed to P.O. Box 4622, Houston, TX 77210-4622. Cash, money orders, checks, and credit/debit cards may be used for payments at all our office locations.

“If a property owner has a property tax statement that is not yet available online, they may call the Tax Office to obtain an estimate of their 2023 property taxes. We’re here to help,” said Bennett
