Installment Payment Agreement
Do you have taxes due?
Need more time to pay your property taxes?
The Tax Office offers installment payment agreement to allow time for property owners to pay their delinquent property taxes. We offer payment plans ranging from 12 months up to 36 months.
How Does This Work?
- Enter in your property tax account number and complete the owner/property information to request the installment payment agreement.
- You will receive an email from the Tax Office with the next few business days showing the installment payment details for your account.
- The standard installment plan is for 12 months. The Tax Office also offers extended payment plan for 24 months and 36 months. If would like to request the extended installment plan instead, please let us know by selecting the option below.
Agreements will include all delinquent taxes for - both current and prior years. Accounts with a lawsuit, bankruptcy or pending tax sale may be subject to pre-qualifications.
For homestead property, with a payment agreement in place, no additional penalty will be assessed, however 1% interest will accrue each month until the account is paid in full.
If you enter into a payment agreement, the account will not be turned over to the collection law firm, and the additional attorney’s collection fee of 15-20% will not be assessed.
