Tax Statement Search and Payments
Tax Statement Search
If you have not received your 2023 property tax statements by mail, and you cannot view your property tax statement online, one of the following reasons may apply to your property tax account:
- The Harris Central Appraisal District (HCAD) has not certified the property tax account.
- You have requested to opt out of the online display and access of your property tax account.
- There has been a change in ownership on the property and our office has not been notified of the change.
- The property tax account is being reviewed prior to billing.
You are still responsible for payment of your property taxes even if you have not received a copy of your property tax statement(s). Please call 713-274-8000 or send an email to tax.office@hctx.net to receive a payment amount for your 2023 property taxes. The 2023 property taxes are due January 31, 2024.
Please send an email to tax.office@hctx.net to remove the “opt out” block on your property tax account. Include your property address, account number, the property owner’s email address, and phone number.
If you have trouble searching by Name, please use your Property Tax Account Number or your Property Address.
